Get personalized, one-on-one care from expert pelvic floor therapists who understand your body and your goals. Whether you're dealing with pelvic pain, pregnancy discomfort, postpartum recovery, or bladder concerns, our whole-body approach helps you find lasting relief and confidence.
You deserve care that addresses the root cause—not just temporary fixes. Many people in Miami struggle with pelvic floor issues that impact their daily lives, relationships, and confidence.
Pelvic pain, pressure, or heaviness can make everyday activities like sitting, walking, or exercising feel impossible.
Pregnancy and postpartum challenges like leaking, diastasis recti, or pain during intimacy can leave you feeling disconnected from your body.
Too many people are told their symptoms are "just part of aging" or "normal after childbirth" without getting real solutions.
At Pelvic Therapy South Florida, we take a comprehensive approach to pelvic health. Our team of doctorate-level physical therapists specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction, using hands-on techniques and evidence-based treatments to help you heal from the inside out. Located in Coral Gables and serving all of Miami, we provide private, one-hour sessions where you're the only focus.
✓ One-on-one sessions with your dedicated doctor of physical therapy

✓ Compassionate care in a private, comfortable setting where you feel heard
"I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Brener for pelvic floor physical therapy. She quickly analyzed my symptoms and created a treatment plan that was both effective and challenging. I really appreciated how attentive and receptive she was to my progress—always adjusting and building on the exercises to keep me moving forward. Her professionalism and expertise made a big difference in my recovery, and I felt truly supported throughout the process. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Dana did an awesome job helping me unravel my low back/core/pelvic issues. I had some muscle activation issues and there's no way I could have figured out what was happening on my own. I also did a session with Dr. Gattas which was also very enlightening. The treatments and education were incredibly valuable to me and my recovery. If you're having any issues with your hips/core/back or more specifically pelvic floor issues, I highly recommend coming here."

"I have worked with many pelvic floor therapists over the years on my vaginismus, and Dr. Krisia Gattas has definitely been my favorite. She focuses not only on internal work, but makes sure the rest of my body is in the best shape possible to support my pelvic floor. She is SUPER kind and friendly and always makes sure I am comfortable during our sessions. Would recommend her to anyone feeling nervous about starting appointments or those wanting to take their physio therapy a bit further by engaging their full body. She has helped me progress SO much!"

"Both Dr. Krisia and Dr. Dana are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I've been seeing Dr. Dana during my pregnancy, and she tailored each session to my changing needs - from pelvic floor adjustments and relieving lower back and round ligament pain to perineal massage and guidance on breathing and birth positions. Her support has helped me manage discomfort, stay strong, and feel more prepared for birth and postpartum. I highly recommend them if you have concerns during or after pregnancy, and I'll definitely be returning for postpartum recovery and treatment."

We'll perform a physical assessment, which may include an internal pelvic floor exam (only with your consent and comfort). Based on our findings, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Each session is one hour, one-on-one with your doctor of physical therapy in a private treatment room.
We are an out-of-network provider, which allows us to provide longer, more personalized sessions without insurance restrictions. Pelvic floor therapy helps men and women of all ages. Common reasons to see a pelvic floor therapist include urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, prolapse, constipation, low back pain related to core dysfunction, and pre- or post-surgery rehabilitation. If you're experiencing any pelvic floor symptoms, we can help.
Treatment length varies based on your condition and goals. Some patients see improvement in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing care over several weeks or months. During your evaluation, your therapist will discuss an estimated treatment timeline. We focus on giving you the tools and education to manage your symptoms long-term, not just quick fixes.
